DESCRIPTION OF THE NETTY AUDIOLOGO CONCEPT

The conceptual origin of the audio logo is inspired by the frequency of 440 Hz, a standardized frequency for tuning musical pitches.
 
Short history of standardizing the musical frequency 440Hz
The adoption of 440 Hz as a standardized pitch in music can be traced back to the early 20th century. Before that, there was no universal standard for pitch, and different regions and cultures used different tuning systems and reference frequencies, making it challenging for musicians to play together and share their music.
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, there was a need to standardize pitch in Western classical music. This was partly driven by the rise of recording technology and the need for consistent, reproducible musical performances played on phonographs. Standardization occurred in 1939, setting the A1 tone frequency at 440 Hz as the basis for tuning other pitches in music. This standard was later adopted by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1955.
